Basic website statistics
We count page views without tracking cookies or visitor identifiers to understand overall website usage. Only the UTC date, page and total views are stored for 90 days. These statistics do not save IP addresses, referrers, form contents or browsing histories. Our hosting provider processes connection information to deliver and secure the website. Detailed analytics and recordings require your consent.
Information We Collect
This notice covers NeoRx's website inquiries and restricted client access records. We collect your name, email, organization, selected service and message when you contact us. Hosting providers process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Please do not send patient records or sensitive health information through the contact form.
How We Use Your Information
We use inquiry information to respond and follow up on your request, and access information to authenticate approved users and prevent misuse. Optional analytics require your consent. Necessary site operation and security processing are separate from optional analytics; the applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and applicable law. We do not sell personal information or use a business inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.
Data Security
Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to stored inquiries is restricted to server processing and authorized operators.
Data Retention
Inquiry records and related correspondence are retained for handling and follow-up, or applicable legal and contractual requirements; they are not automatically deleted. NeoRx analytics events and performance records are retained for 90 days, consent records for one year, and aggregate page totals for 90 days. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and sessions after four hours. Abuse-prevention records expire after two hours for inquiries and sign-in, and two days for telemetry. Approved emails remain until access is removed; the most recent 100 access changes are retained for security review. Provider-held email and analytics records follow their separate retention settings.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact info@neorx.co; we may verify your identity before acting. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie Settings at any time. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including SDAIA where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law applies.
Service providers and international processing
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collection is currently paused while transfer arrangements are reviewed. Their terms and retention periods below describe prior collection; resumption requires a documented transfer basis as well as visitor consent. The Azure website and database resources are configured in the West Europe region. Microsoft Azure and Azure Cosmos DB host the site and website records; Microsoft 365 processes inquiry and sign-in emails. With analytics consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process usage information under their policies. These providers may process data outside your country. Contact info@neorx.co for the arrangements relevant to your data or engagement. External careers and other linked services have their own privacy notices. Google processes core Analytics data under its processing terms; additional account data sharing uses controller-controller terms. Microsoft acts as an independent controller for Clarity and may use received data for Microsoft Advertising under its privacy statement. Our site requests that advertising storage remain disabled.
Restricted client access
Approved users sign in with an email code sent from noreply@neorx.co. We store the email, protected code-verification and session records, and access approvals or removals with administrator and time information. Email approval and a valid session are required; belonging to an email domain alone does not grant access. Sign-in pages do not load the public-site analytics. Client report content and any embedded service are subject to the relevant client agreement and provider terms.
Provider retention and backups
GA4 retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new activity resets the user-data period. These settings do not cover most standard aggregate reports. Clarity playback is retained for 30 days; click/heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions for 9 months. Azure Cosmos DB backups have a 7-day recovery window. General inquiry email has no default age-based deletion; removed mail can remain recoverable for 14 days, subject to applicable item policies or holds.

Use License
You may view this website and use its content for legitimate business evaluation or an authorized engagement. NeoRx and other rights holders retain ownership of their materials and trademarks. Do not republish, sell or redistribute restricted client material without authorization, or remove ownership notices. A separate written agreement governs licensed deliverables and services.
Service Description
NeoRx provides healthcare technology consulting and digital transformation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the services.
User Responsibilities
Use restricted areas only with your own approved email and sign-in code. Protect access to your mailbox, sign out on shared devices, and report suspected unauthorized access to info@neorx.co. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another account, disrupt the site or use it unlawfully. NeoRx may revoke access when approval ends or misuse is suspected.

The materials on NeoRx's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. NeoRx makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeoRx and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate signed service agreement governs liability for an engagement.
Governing Law
Saudi Arabian law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. These website terms do not create a mandatory arbitration agreement.
